For routine documents — powers of attorney, affidavits, consent forms, vehicle titles, school and travel authorizations — our office provides straightforward, in-person notarization. Bring your unsigned document and valid photo ID; we verify your identity, confirm you understand you are signing voluntarily, and complete the notarial certificate. We do not draft the content of documents we did not prepare and cannot explain their legal effect.

- Do I need to bring my document already filled out?
- Yes. Fill in every blank but do not sign until you are in front of the notary — most notarizations require you to sign in our presence.
- Can you tell me what form I need for my situation?
- No. We are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice or recommend which form to use. We notarize documents you bring us.
- What ID do you accept?
- A current, government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, state ID or passport.
